PRIVATE PET CREMATION PACKAGE

Your pet's cremated remains will be available, in a wood urn at our center or your Veterinarian within 7 business days unless otherwise specified.

X-Small: 0-5 Pounds: $250

Small: 6-25 Pounds: $275

Medium: 26-60 Pounds: $300

Large: 61-100 Pounds: $350

X-Large: 101 + Pound: $400 plus $1 extra per lb.

This service includes:

Transfer from veterinary’s office within 35 mile radius of Chicago
Cremation of one pet in cremation unit during the cremation process
Delivery of urn to veterinary’s office within 35 mile radius of Chicago
Rosewood urn
Engraved plaque
Clay paw print memorial
Easel for clay paw print
Certificate of cremation

RUSHED CREMATION OPTION WITH WITNESSING OF THE CREMATION

Provides all noted Private Cremation Care services, however your pet’s cremated remains will be hand delivered to your home within 48 hours or picked-up at our affiliated location on the same day. This package also allows you to witness the cremation. You will be able to see your pet go into the cremation unit.

This service is $200.00 additional to the "Private Pet Cremation Price".

SCATTERING CREMATION PACKAGE

With the community cremation service, each pet is carefully placed in the cremation chamber with other companions. NO cremated remains are returned to the pet owner. Our trusted staff respectfully scatters the cremated remains on private property.

This service is a flat fee of $100.00

VETERINARIAN & FUNERAL HOME PARTNERSHIP

We are partnered with many local businesses all throughout Illinois. Please communicate clearly with your veterinarian & funeral home who you would like to handle your pet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES

House & apartment transfers - $100.00
Two person transfers for large pets - $150.00
Return delivery of pets back to home or apartment - $50.00
Pickup from veterinarian office or home 35 miles outside of Chicago: $2.95 per mile
Return of urn to veterinarian’s office or home 35 miles outside of Chicago: $2.95 per mile
Ink paw or nose prints - $30.00. (We will do as many as it takes to get the perfect one.)
Additional clay paw prints - $30.00
Name plaque for urn - $30.00
